Is it worth copying text from Word and pasting it into an article?

Good afternoon!
I heard the opinion that you should not completely copy and paste the text from the Word when adding an article to the site, since it allegedly copies unnecessary code and this negatively affects SEO. Is it so? how to do it right?
For example, they wrote an article to me - they sent me a Word in a file, I copied it from the file and pasted it through the admin panel and added it to the site.
Here is an example of the code that he adds https://yadi.sk/i/JeHydp7jpympG - so a little

Please do not include such code. Now in every admin panel there is a button "insert from Word", your markup will be beautifully transferred with adequate html tags.

Copy the text from Word and paste it into Notepad ++ and from there to the site. As a result of the actions, the formatting (extra code) will be cleared.
If the CMS editor has a button to remove formatting - use this function.

Code cleanliness is just one of the ranking factors. In practice, I have not noticed a strong influence.
There was a trust site where articles were inserted from Word into an old version of fckeditor - with more junk tags than you have. The editor has been updated to the latest version of ckedition, which cuts out all the garbage after copy-paste from Word. There were no tangible changes.
