How to automatically add ip to iptables?

There are IPs that check all possible site addresses to see if they have a Wordpress admin panel, if they find them, they sort out passwords.
Let's say I collected them using PHP and uploaded them to a text file. How can I schedule these IPs to blacklist iptables every day?
Need a bash script? Or what is the best way to do it?

The question is awesome. Understood nothing.
But I'll try to guess that you need to protect the site from brute force passwords to the wordpress admin
panel fail2ban + WordPress plugin that writes "fails" to the log. Works automatically and reliably.
"captcha" is a pure wordpress plugin (they have a wagon and a small cart)
.htaccess in the wp-admin directory with the ability to access only from certain IPs of yours or even add http auth.
