How to automate the work process of a law firm?

However, hello)
This is the question
I am a lawyer.
And I want to automate some processes in customer service.
For example:
A client has arrived.
I’m opening it cleanly - a civil case? - I pressed the button - the form opened - filled out information about the client
Case about what? - I pressed the button - the form opened - filled out what
The case has already been heard in court before? - went to court - took a photo of the case - attached photos to this case in the system, and so on.
Tell me please, where to dig?
What programs can do this?
Alfresco? Exoplatform? Dolphin? sherpoint? zoho?
or globally CRM? document management systems?
I will be glad to all answers - and especially links to open source - if there is one)
Thank you

@386DX

For these purposes, I use exclusively the windows
folders, the "cases" folder,
it has 3-4 subfolders "criminal", "civil", "arbitration", "administrative".
they contain folders of cases by numbers and years
In the folder "Cases" a telephone "catalog" in doc format
Control and diary in Outlook
Cool, there are only 1.2 million of these poor fellows
