How to automate site monitoring according to specified parameters?

Hello! There are 10 sites for which I want to automate daily monitoring according to the following parameters:
- site availability
- virus check
- presence of spam
and, in which case, informing by mail so that I don’t have to manually check everything every time and spend time on it. How to set it all up correctly - maybe there are specialized free services for everything?
For example, there are definitely such for checking availability - uptimerobot, but for everything else?

@Sanasol

- ping-admin
- clamav
- presence of spam??? what does spam mean. Sites are 100% different, respectively, how to check spam with one thing, whatever it is.

Of the paid ones, there is an option:

the availability of the site (of course, depending on what exactly), but php has such a function, or rather a script that can monitor. Yes, it’s not possible to ping admin, but nevertheless, I monitor, I also screwed an SMS notification if the site is unavailable, it’s quite a budget option.
For viruses and spam, you need to write your own, you can just use the api of some kind of antivirus.
At the expense of spam, probably checking the ip of the site in the spam lists, probably this, Then write your own script. And that's it. No secrets, everything is in the public domain.
You just choose the site you need, which can do all this and either use its api, or write your own "parser"

Using nagios (or zabix) + cheap dedicated server.
And all this can be done.
