How to automate routine actions without programming skills?

Who knows if there are some services with which you can record your actions, such as visiting a site, clicking, etc. and turn them into a finished script with a given time interval?

If there are no such services, then what is the easiest way to implement such tasks?

OS: MAC OS

An example of a pattern of actions:

1 action - went to the site
2 action - logged in
3 action - selected the desired item on the site
3 action - clicked on the button
4 action - left the site

and repeat every 2 hours

It is convenient to use clickers that have support for recording your actions in a macro (for example, Clickermann, but it can only be run through Wine, respectively. Alas, I don’t know the names of native clickers for MacOS)
