1. How to automate file unpacking?
   
2. How to read the path to the desired folder?
   

Since each user may have a different installation path, you need to define it somehow.
Prompt in the direction of which solution to look?
PS Register software in the system, create a shortcut, etc. not necessary. You just need to replace the files in the root of the program.
