The task is the following. There is a basic Windows vm in the form of vmx. You need to:
1. make a clone of the machine
2. run it
3. change the ip address and run the utility
4. create a snapshot of the running machine
5. repeat steps 1-4 N times
How can this be done? Packer is not suitable. You can't take a snapshot of a running machine. Vagrant? Self-written script?
