How to autofill forms on another site?

There is such a task:
There is a site on which it is necessary to apply. Each application in several steps. At the first step, you need to fill in a bunch of fields, at the second step, you need to upload 10 files.
My initial data is in airtable/googe tables.
You need to submit up to 100 applications per day.

Can you tell me how to automate this?

At a minimum, it is possible that at least at the step of filling in the fields, for example, some kind of chrome plugin takes data from the table.
And ideally, the program / script should fill in all the steps, including the upload of files.

Ideally, if it is a server, and not under Windows)

Selenium or Puppeteer will do . Naturally, you will have to write all the logic with pens
