Hello! Is it possible to implement such a theme for iOS? Automatic installation of ios applications with a unique ip and useragent.

It is forbidden.
The maximum that you can do is to ask to install the application and go to the page in the AppStore or to the application's personal website. In the second case, you can immediately run the installation script, but iOS will still ask if you need to install this application.

You can use DEP or VPP.
Slightly more limited with Apple Profile Manager.
These are all MDM solutions.
If there are less than 50 devices, then there is no point in bothering like that, especially with DEP and VPP.
