How to auto-generate a web page?

Khabravchane, help! The second day I'm racking my brains, and I don't even know what exactly to google.
In general, I set up one moment so that all screenshots are uploaded to my site. Here is an example: sk8er.name/i/ab90n1700.jpg
When you click on the link, the picture itself opens, everything is as it should be.
I'm just pursuing a slightly different goal. How to make it so that when you click on this link, there is not just a picture, but a web page with this picture? At least add a hat. And it doesn’t work out very nicely when there is only one link. Yes, I would like to add a meter.

And why don't you generate a page and give a link to it, and it already contains a picture and everything you need?
But for that matter, I think .htaccess will help you
