How to auto donate via Bitcoin in C# script?

I have my own game server written entirely in C#.
How can I make an auto-donate on my server, for example, with the /donate command that I do, the bitcoin script will generate an address for receiving bitcoins, and when the required amount is paid to this address, the donate will be received.
How to implement this on the side of the bitcoin script?
PS Didn't find enough information about Bitcoin-API for C#.
