The question is as follows, since it was forbidden to make mailings without the client's confirmation of the subscription, we send it to our clients on our own, through personal mail. We have 25 managers, and each has its own link, we have 4 html-letters, each with 10 buttons with a mailto link, it’s rare for each manager to redo letters for his mail, hence the question, is it possible to somehow make the link the same everywhere and took the sender's mail? google didn't find it

Look towards integration with extensions in Google Docs. Something like MailMerge, MailMule.
