How to auto-block hyperactive ip on shared hosting?

To protect against directory parsing, you need to protect virtual hosting from hyperactive ip. Hosting does not provide any settings, it offers to monitor and block manually (which I am doing now).
I roughly know the maximum activity of search bots, and I want to block everything that is above them.
I looked at CDNs - domestic ones are expensive, and foreign ones are useless to me, since the traffic is all Russian.
Do not prompt a script or service.
Upd1: or shared hosting that provides protection against such "attacks"
Upd2: thanks to everyone for the comments. For myself, I chose the decision to move to VDS

Fail2ban . He knows how to block addresses by analyzing any logs. There are already ready-made rules, or you can reward your own.
