How to attach lxpanel to one monitor?

Hello everyone, the question is the following
On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS + LXDE I connected the 2nd monitor to the laptop via HDMI. Used arandr and instructions from https://askubuntu.com/questions/951377/mismatch-in...
to put monitors side by side. But now the bottom panel (lxpanel) has stretched over 2 monitors.
And since they have different resolutions, it is not visible on the smaller (main) monitor, respectively.

Is it possible to attach this panel to only one (main) monitor?
