How to attach IP check to NFS server?

There is a personal server on which there is an NFS server for a remote disk and an L2TP VPN server.
NFS is configured under the "home" ip only, respectively, when the client (laptop) has access to the NFS Disk on it.

What can I do to be able to log in from other IP addresses? Is it possible to somehow use his VPN server?
