How to attach free space to one of the Linux partitions?

Actually the essence of the problem is as follows: two operating systems are installed on the machine: Windows and Linux. After deleting one of the Windows partitions, 160 G of free memory /dev/sda3 (nfts file system) was released. How can I attach this partition to Linux partitions, say the home /dev/sda7 (ext4) partition?

Partitions "far" on the disk are located and it's not so easy to merge them - you need to move adjacent partitions on the disk.
The easiest way to attach is to reformat and mount to the correct folder.
