How to attach a link when sending a message to VK via the messages.send API?

You need to send a message from self-written CRM to users in VK.
Messages are sent, but if you send a link (external resource) in the body of the message, it comes as text Just send a link, I don’t want to. The documentation does not say about the attachment type as a link or something like that. So how do I send links to users? Maybe there is some kind of micro-markup.
