How to assign your data to a user in 1C Bitrix?

There is a website for a logistics company on 1C Bitrix.
We want to make a personal account where the user can view information about his cargo by number.
How to make it so that information and cargo is linked to a specific user and displayed in a personal account on the site? How to create and where should this data be stored?
Thank you very much for the correct answer!

In general, if the edition with an online store is used and the delivery of the goods is based on a specific order, you already have everything to form a bundle:
order - delivery service - track number ;
order –buyer – user.
If for some reason you need to go the other way and still store the binding:
Option 1: Create a custom property for the user, where to write the track number;
Option 2: Create an info block or highload block where to store the user code matches the track number. This option is more advanced in that the accompanying fields can be expanded (add the date the track number was entered, store a log, store comments or user reactions, statistics, ...)
