Bitrix and Atol online, why is the check in the status "In the process of printing"?

Help me figure it out
Connected the ATOL Online checkout to Bitrix
Made a purchase
In the "checks for the day" section, the check appeared, but it has the status "In the process of printing" and there is no link to the check
The check itself appeared in the OFD Platform and you can see it
