How to assign the same time to everyone through group policies?

Hello, there is a wine server, there is an ntp server, how to make sure that all computers in the domain are forced to set a specific time zone and a correspondingly specific time.

Ideally, it looks like this:
1. Network with an AD domain
2. Group policy for a fixed update time for all clients
3. WSUS server with a downloaded update (you can import it only for the systems you need in the corresponding menu item)
Approve these updates for the necessary PCs and wait for a scheduled update
Either with a homemade crooked tambourine:
time /t view the time
time HH:MM:SS set the time
tzutil /g check the time zone
tzutil /s "Russian Standard Time" set the desired
one *but it's better and more correct to roll the update

What for?? Isn't it easier to install updates for everyone? Otherwise, you will always catch bugs later.

Install the latest updates for everyone and everything is ok :) Well, you can also set the default time zone for everyone via GPO.
