How to assign status 404 when a section is not found in Bitrix?

In the component call, where url = /o-kompanii/actions/:

"SET_STATUS_404" => "Y",
    "SHOW_404" => "Y",

The section gives a status of 200, but it should be 404, or redirect to a 404 page (available).
With url = /o-kompanii/actions/xxx - error 404 crashes regularly.
Infoblock activity is disabled in the admin area.
