How to assign/reserve a permanent IP address to a virtual machine in Azure?

In Openwork, when changing the parameters of the machine, when it is rebooted, the IP address of this machine changes. But the public domain is tied to this IP and when it changes, the domain points to nowhere.
How to ensure that the IP address does not change?
