I found one of the solutions
I tried it myself - everything works,
create a shortcut
, write in it (where the object is located) the following:
%windir%\System32\SndVol.exe -f 49825268
and then a shortcut
appeared
, assigned a hot key
and a window with volume appears, and then already or mouse wheel or up/down keys
