Sound mixing in win7. What helper to use?

Hello.
I have a question about mixing and sound output in seven.
The arrangement is as follows: there is a certain set of programs that each play their own sounds, there is a recording software that can be specified from which sound card to record sound.
Task: listen with headphones to a wide range of sounds that play in the system, but so that the software records only the sounds made by one specific program.
(If you go down to illustrative examples, then I play a game, listen to music and talk in teamspeak at the same time. How can I use dxtory to record only the sound from the game? In dxtory, you can select the sound device that you need to listen and write).
Having rummaged a little on the Internet, I found the topic habrahabr.ru/post/70416- but here such a pool of auxiliary software is presented that it’s a little difficult for me to figure out what I generally need and what I don’t.

Look towards virtual audio cable - virtual sound. Download, for example from here .
Install (as administrator). After installation, you will have a virtual sound card.
You set it (Line 1) as the default playback device.
Turn on Audio Repeater (if you yourself need to hear the sounds from the game) - in the folder where the program is installed. You select the input device Line1, the output device - your sound and press start (there will be a slight delay in playback).
In the settings of other programs that use the sound system (team speaker, player, etc.), select with your hands so that the sound is played through your sound card, and not through the virtual card (otherwise the sound will be mixed). In the settings of the program for audio recording, you also select line1 as the recording device. Should work. Good luck!
