How to assign GPOs to users when running on specific PCs?

Good afternoon! The task is to configure automatic updating of users' PCs (starts at 18:00) and shutdown workstations at 21:00.
I set up a GPO, tied it to container users. Everything is working. But, as I understand it, the policy is also applied on the servers where they connect via RDP. How can I delimit this policy only to their PC?

As far as I know, update options are specified in the configuration for computers. You need to either separate the users' PCs into a separate OU or manage the rights to read policies at the access group level.
