How to assign a working folder on a non-system drive through the windows console?

I would not like to make a working folder on the system drive, how can I make the working folder be a folder on a non-system drive?

This is of course not quite an answer to your question, but IMHO, it's better to use the working folder on the system drive if it is physically closer to the center of the HDD (and by default, this is the case if you have an HDD). Then transferring the "profile" to a non-system disk can significantly affect the performance of some programs. But for the safety of data, on a non-system disk, it is better to keep daily backup copies of important data for you.
