How to assign a 2nd display to Photoshop?

I connected a graphics tablet (with a display) No. 2. In the "screen settings" expanded several screens. Main display #1. I open Photoshop on display #1, and drag the Photoshop window onto display #2. However, subsequent openings of any internal windows such as "Create Document" open on the main display #1. How to assign a specific program, in my case it's Photoshop, a specific display?

1. Downloaded and installed DisplayFusion (30 day trial)
2. Launched DisplayFusion
3. Window Management > Center Child Windows Above Parent Window > Enable
3.1. Move modal windows only > Disable
3.2. Move child windows that are on the same monitor as the parent window > Disable

By default, it opens all windows on the screen that is selected as the main one
