How to assemble a team to create a visual novel based on a finished novel? (similar to "Endless Summer")?
Good afternoon. I am a writer. Now I am finishing work on an illustrated novel
Here is the project website https://alexkimen.com/
Here is the page of the novel on author.today https://author.today/work/45969

I recently came across the project "Endless Summer". I guess some of you have heard of this visual novel. I played it a little. I can't say that I really liked her. The literary part, for my taste, sags a little, but this is exactly what I more or less understand.
Otherwise, I liked the project: conceptually, in meaning and (even) graphically. Even though I'm not an anime fan.
My feeling is that my novel would also fit well into this format. But I have no experience in the IT field at all.
Funding within reasonable limits, I think I can provide. But how do you put together a team? Where to get specialists? Who is needed for such a project - I have no idea.
I would be grateful for any hints and ideas. Especially if you can roughly suggest the required budget (I understand that it can range from zero to infinity, but I think there is a relatively optimal combination of price and terms).
Some illustrations from my novel for inspiration

1) Contact the guys from Soviet Games , maybe they will be interested in cooperation. Or Four Leaf Studios, or another game studio.
2) try to create it yourself in Visual Novel Maker or using other similar software, it is easily searched by Google.
3) VN, as the name implies, is more about visuals than about the plot, among them there is a plot in 10-15%, for example "When cicadas cry" or "Katawa Shoujo", an important point - graphics need a LOT. So maybe freelance graphic artists can help you.
4) combine 2 and 3, or hire someone to compile from the novel and graphics of the finished product.
In general, kinetic novels (based on a static plot with no choice) are not as popular as VN with so-called routs - plot development options based on the player's choice. That's it, note.
UPD: The illustrations above are mostly vertical images, they will have to be converted to horizontal, or some workaround should be invented to make them horizontal, for comfortable viewing on the monitor.
