How to assemble a team of blockchain developers? Where to find them? How to agree?

Such a strange story happened, in connection with which I ask the community for help, at least advisory. This story is about the very moment when we attracted buyers for a fintech product before we developed it. It happened because they were not sure about the demand for the product, they created it conditionally "in the head" on the basis of existing technologies in the field of blockchain, using various goodies and opportunities there, and presented it to potential customers. Which in turn, as it turned out, are very interested in the product and now they really want to look at it and are ready to buy it. But there is nothing to see, there are only "beautiful pictures" and an attractive presentation (with technology, concept, etc.). So we ended up faced with the need to find blockchain developers when the "butt is on fire". This task turned out to be unbearable, since we do not have "Gref budgets", and there were no people interested in their profession with paws not from the "priests" on the hh website. Those with whom they communicated demand huge fees in advance. We ourselves are not developers, and even in technology we fumble "superficially" without special mathematics. The search turned out to be an extremely difficult task. So the idea came up to search in thematic communities (so I’m writing about it here), maybe someone knows, will tell you ... Most likely, your "project" "sold out" so successfully precisely because

We ourselves are not developers even once, and in technology we fumble "superficially"

Without understanding technology, you can offer very cool goodies that are in irreconcilable conflict with technical reality. And now all you need is to find specialists for a penny who will create, according to your fantasies, a product that has no analogues in the world, using the most hype technology of the decade... go to success, cho.

As I understand it, you don’t have money for salaries, so you have three options:
1. look for not very cool specialists whom you can pull, who will be able to assemble you from shit and sticks "based on existing technologies" something that you can show customers and take money from them. With this money, you can already hire at least one normal pro to do something sane. This is the path of dashing adventurers and depends heavily on how you can "stretch" your project in the eyes of clients.
2. look for cool developers in co-founders. What you want to do here, as I understand it. This is a long time and here networking works much better than anything else. You must know this environment, know the people where they communicate, how to search, maybe you are lucky and you will accidentally cross paths with the right person somewhere, but the chances are small. You can try services like cofounderslab.com. Or ask directly those specialists whom you know where they hang out and where you can find others of the same kind. Good luck in general :)
3. Attract investments. Angel or pre-seed, if you're so good at selling a non-existent product to clients, maybe you can sell the idea + warmed up leads to investors.
(well, in addition to the idea and sales, you also need a business plan - all sorts of numbers with dollar signs, I hope you have it and are well developed)

there are only "beautiful pictures" and an attractive presentation (with technology, concept, etc.).

they thought that everything that was written in the ICO was true, but it
in technology we fumble "superficially" without special mathematics

now find someone who fumbles and does
