How to arrange delivery in the online store being self-employed?

Actually the question for me is archival and not clear. I want to open an online store selling bags made of genuine leather of my own production. In computer matters, I am a complete piece of wood, which is why I created the site on WordPress.

And here are a couple of questions.

1) Is there at least one delivery that allows you to integrate your api plugins without a legal entity? (Boxberry / Russian Post, etc. requires at least SP).

And here it’s probably worth clarifying that I don’t need to directly conclude an agreement with them, and so on. It's just very important that the shipping calculator itself works when placing an order. And then I myself will reach the pvz and send it as a physicist-physicist.

2) The question is smaller but also important for me. Is there any way to make payment by bank cards on the site, but so that I would pay the commission and not the client. Now there is api from qiwi. Everything is set up for self-employed and when paying for the goods, a commission of 2% is taken from the one who pays. Are there any similar services that allow you to choose who pays the commission?

3) There are also various sites where you can deploy an online store immediately on a turnkey basis, as they say (like ekwid, etc.) They all indicate that both payment and delivery in the box are built in, but nowhere is there information for whom it is available, a legal entity or for a self-employed

Why are you so focused on self-employment?
My opinion is that you will spend a little on such deliveries, the turnover is most likely 10 bags per month maximum

A person orders a product, chooses for him the nearest post office to which I will send the parcel and his full name indicated when placing the order. No delivery contracts, etc. Stupid calculator.
I think this is the best option in my case.
