How to arrange an online vote for the best post?

What services or ideas are there on how to choose the best post from several submitted to the contest?
I'm running a competition for the best product review - I need to test and write a review. Only one of the authors receives the prize and it needs to be assigned somehow.
The easiest option is to single-handedly choose the best one, but I would like to have some kind of more social voting.

And how can you hold a competition without a competent jury? 0_o
Personally, I won't hold a coding competition while drunk and blindfolded on brainfuck, because I'm not good at it. But on the topic of layout, I could very well, since I am a layout designer, and of course I have an army of competent acquaintances/colleagues/former_bosses in my profile.
