How to archive a folder via FTP?

There is a site. It has over 10,000 files. And download the folder with separate files, you can clink glasses while waiting for the download. Is it possible to zip a folder through FileZilla? Or through another program?
There is no access to the hosting itself, but there is access to FTP.

You can use Putty if the site is available via ssh (usually the same login and password as FTP).
