How to approach self-study?

Welcome all.
I would like to know how you deal with stagnation in your path in learning?
No matter how I sit down to study something, there will always be some other thing, not so important, but there will be. They can distract / confuse, let’s say household members with their noise or friends on the phone (Please note, I’ve been sitting at home for 3 months and doing almost nothing, and maybe I relaxed a lot).
Or I open the textbook, start studying and suddenly lose interest.
How to deal with it?
From this I begin to get tired, because I understand very well - I'm wasting time on all unnecessary nonsense.

On the one hand, you need to remove annoying factors: find a computer with bad hardware (so that no toys start), a push-button phone (mine doesn’t even have a camera to take selfies), headphones (remove noise), tell household members that you are working (not right away, but understand).
On the other hand, find what interests you. And if you are interested, then there will be strength to study, you will most likely need to be torn away from your lesson.
If you have been cooking in some area for a long time and everything is tired, but you need to do something (it happens to everyone), then there is an option for a few days to score on everything and immerse yourself in something completely unfamiliar (finally try to learn some haskell , well, or at least common lisp, read about neural networks, buy a harmonica and learn how to play it - a simple but fun activity). Be sure to walk (if you can’t walk aimlessly, then a simple tip: go for bread - go not to the nearest store, but to a store a couple of blocks away) and sleep a lot. Turn off your computer and phone after 9pm. You can cook food - also not a particularly mentally difficult task, but it is a good distraction. Well, good food hasn't hurt anyone yet. The brain will rest and it will be possible to return to the main activity.
