How to apply Numix to i3 wm?
I set Ubuntu to play around - I didn’t like it, but the themes worked fine with the Unity tweak tool (in my case, Numix).
Now I'm back on Debian (Jessie), but Gnome is too gluttonous, so I installed i3 wm. But here the themes don't want to apply normally. Googled advice to apply themes using lxappearance, qt4-qtconfig, gtk-chtheme. Applied - it turned out only partially. That is, the icons (for example, in a browser with the "Use GTK+ theme" option enabled) have not changed, the window theme has not changed, the colors of the terminal have not changed either. Context menus have changed. Also, Gnome still stands in parallel with i3 - I applied themes in it - everything is fine, except for the colors of the terminal. Maybe there is a way to make i3 pick up gnome settings?
