I just started practicing layout, found a layout and met with such a problem. When scrolling, position: fixed is added to the mesto_2 container, taking into account the fact that the length of the container is greater than the length of the screen, when scrolling this block stupidly stands still. You need to add overflow: scroll to it,
or don't fix this block.
