How to apply for a US master's program with a low GPA?

Let me briefly describe my situation.
I am 22 years old, I work as a proger, with a good salary. Graduated from the university (Bachelor). I want to apply for a financially covered master's program in the USA. It is unrealistic to pay for studies there, I have a good English IELTS 8.0, and TOEFL 100. But, as I found out, in order to enter there, GPA is also important - the average score in subjects. I have an average score of 3.6 in American 2.7, I spent little time studying, mostly doing practice. The minimum score in US universities is 3.0, it turns out that the entrance is closed for me. What should I do? Is there any possibility to enter there with a fin. provision?

especially
if the salary is good, pay yourself.
well, it’s not very clear why you need a master’s degree

If you have a lot of talents, have sporting achievements, do volunteer work, and in general you are just super cool. They can turn a blind eye to the GPA, because. they first of all accept personalities, not subject nerds.
