Can you tell me how to apply (preferably with an example) the CSS transform property when processing an image on the server?
Suppose there is an image 500x500
and the property is applied to it

transform: translate(17.5, -3.5) rotate(50deg, 50, 50) matrix(1, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0);
