How to apply CKEditor to a form loaded with fetch?

Hello, there is a page, it has a button, when you click on it, a modal window with a form appears, the form is loaded from another url address using the JS fetch method.

Can you please tell me how to make the textarea fields of the form have ckeditor?

Elementary: together with the form, the ckeditor's initialization script must be loaded, or ckeditor must be initialized after the form is loaded directly in the loader.
