How to apply a formula to new records in Google Sheets?

Created a google form. Google spreadsheet based on it. I added several additional columns to this table and wrote down the formula in them. I extend the cell with the formula and set the entire column.
So when a new record is added to the table, from Google forms, this formula is not applied to it.
How can I make a formula apply to all records in a table?
