How to anonymize the server with the site as much as possible?

What I already know about:
tunneling through another server (I don’t know the subtleties)
since the .ru domain, you need to register for a drop passport

How to hide the name / version of the OS?
How to hide webserver name/version?

Further.
The axis type cannot be hidden. nmap defines it easily. You can try to hide the axis version if you carefully approach the server settings. The Apache version is hidden in the config, I don't know about other servers.
JFYI: Hosting a server in the .ru zone that is supposed to host something illegal is IMHO just stupidity. the rucenter will easily take the domain as soon as the graters begin. He will ask for a passport or something else and until you provide it, the domain will be blocked. Do you think it's just that all sorts of liberals and others like them keep sites in other zones?
