How to analyze server performance?
Good day to all, I rented a server on Linux. I asked the providers to install an iSP panel for me, uploaded the files there and use it as a regular hosting.
Recently, the number of users on the site began to grow, and the site began to load longer + there are videos on the server that are viewed by users.
The channel width is 100 Mbps.
I am not at all familiar with server management through the command line, and I need a tool that will show server load statistics in real time. I read about such a topic as netdata, but I don’t dare to install it myself, I think I’ll break something.
In the ISP panel, the data is useless (as I understand it) - (photo below)
What can you tell me? What tools to use? Is there a simpler option for me?

1) I recommend New Relic - https://newrelic.com/signup . It is enough to install their agent, and you will have detailed monitoring.
2) To have less load - connect Cloudflare
