How to analyze netflow files?

Good afternoon. I ran into a problem - there are several files with netflow5 like ft-v05.2014-*-* and there is a need to analyze them if there is a problem, in particular, to see who ate all the traffic. It doesn't work in Real-time, there is too much traffic. Is there any software for quick analysis of such files?
