Only mikrotiks come to mind. I have not seen netflow in other "home" models.

Any router that supports DD-WRT. There is RFlow - fully compatible with netflow, I used ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer in conjunction with TP-LINK TL-1043ND + DD-WRT.
