How to analyze all Android traffic + ssl connections?

Only a phone is connected to the router, but looking at the statistics on the router itself, it transmitted more than 100Mb per night, okay if it received, but what it transmits is a mystery to me, how can I send all traffic through Wireshark to a PC for easy analysis of what and where it is sends.
Are there more convenient options than raising a proxy on your computer?
I once saw an article on Habré where they analyzed virus traffic for android, but I can’t find it in any way :-(

Connect the phone only via WiFi, then pass the router through a computer with two network cards or use kismet to intercept WiFi traffic.

Fiddler 4 or Charlesproxy. To sniff SSL, put certificates on the device.

ptraffer ssl gate + spoofing, or just specify it as a gate in the router and that's it
