Android social network application in C#. Is it possible to?
Hello fellow programmers!
Guys, now I'm in a trap. That is why I turn to you for help.
I have been tossing between languages for a long time. Later, having decided that I would study C# and PHP.
But now an idea came into my head that haunts me.
The idea is to develop a social network for the blind.
Everything would be nothing. Get PHP and do it. But then an ambush overtook me.
I want to do it like Facebook and other social networks. There is a website, a web application, and there are applications for different platforms. Windows, Linux, Android and IOS.
I have heard that NET Core, Mono and Xamarin are being developed. But at the same time, I know and understand that Java is leading in Android.
I don't want to learn Java for Android because I don't want to combine Java with C# either. But at the same time, there are some ideas for Android, except for the social network.
Question:
Is it possible to implement my task using C# tools, or do I still need to look towards other technologies?
Thanks in advance!

Make a prototype on Xamarin or on anything you can and can do!
If the idea works out, from the first investment you will order a client in Java / Kotlin or something else.
