Need to pass testing of the site to connect qiwi (OSMP)
We are in Kazakhstan
The test does not pass
The support informed that the site needs to be allowed access to certain ip addresses

login to your server (SSH/RDP etc.).
ping the addresses specified by the Qiwi system locally from your server.
if the ping passes - everything should work.
if the ping does not pass - do a tracerout and see where it shuts up.
if it shuts up within your infrastructure, then turn firewalls and routers there.
if it shuts up further than your infrastructure, write to those support of your provider,
so that they can already look where it does not let go.
