What happened to kiwi api?

I transfer money via api and get a response from qiwi:

The token is working, because the acceptance of payments works. Here are the permissions the token has:

Transfer confirmation message is not received. Why is this happening? I'm using the code from the official documentation .

Most likely a bug on the Qiwi servers. Either contact their technical support, or wait a while and try again.
