How to allow the program to run with UAC enabled?

When UAC is enabled in Windows, some program can only run with elevated privileges (like administrator). How can I make it so that a normal user can run it? Just now, when you run it on behalf of a regular user, a login and password request window pops up.
On the label of this program is "shield".

Everything is correct. And there's no way you can fix it.
Does your program require admin access? If not, then you can correct the manifest of the program through the resource editor and then the program will start only with user rights.
