How to reconfigure postfix on centos?

During installation, a UI appeared, in which it was required to specify several parameters. Now there is a need to reconfigure. How to do it?
Uninstalling and then reinstalling didn't help. Google suggested doing dpkg-reconfigure postfix, but that's only for ubuntu.

The postfix configuration is stored in the /etc/postfix/ directory

This was a feature of the Centos installer, not a standalone package.
Now you have to manage with your hands.
