Good day to all, there are no restrictions on the GPU settings in the domain, but when you try to run ftp.exe, the coveted window pops up, setting "Run only the specified Windows application" is clearly not an option, it may be possible without sorting through all the GPU settings to somehow make this program to the exception?

And why go through all the settings? Execute gpresult /H d:/gp.html
, find the resulting file on drive D and open it with a browser, you can see what policies are applied to you. Look and see where to fix it so that the program starts.
